Return, Exchange, & Refund Policy
Here at TH3RD EYE Ent., LLC we strive to provide our customers with top quality services and products, however, we understand and respect your wishes to either: return, exchange, or request a refund for our merchandise. Please Note: At time of check-out, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure they have selected the correct: size, color, quantity of product(s), and read all disclaimers and guidelines before purchasing any item(s) on our ecommerce website. This helps minimize any potential request for returns, exchanges, and or refunds. Please review below our conditions and terms regarding these prospective policies.
· Return Policy: We do allow sold items (except “WHAT IF?”) to be returned , however, due to restocking fees and other charges, if you are requesting a refund we will only be able to return a 50% return for sale of item(s). All return requests must be done in a reasonable time; therefore, a written return request must be made within 24 hours (5 days for apparel) of receipt of merchandise, NO EXCEPTIONS. All items en route to be returned to seller or prospective third-party distributor must be done and return confirmation must be received before any partial refund is returned to customers, NO EXCEPTIONS. NO RETURNS on items sold during a sale, promotion, discounted rate, a part of a bundled package, nor requested after 24 hours (5 days for apparel) of receipt of merchandise NO EXCEPTIONS. NO RETURNS may be requested for purchased item “WHAT IF? A Controversial Paradigm Shift”, NO EXCEPTIONS.
· Exchange Policy: You can exchange a purchased item for another item of same value or must pay difference if price increase. All exchange request for merchandise that is return must be made within 24 hours of receipt of item(s). Except, if apparel items are purchased and need to be exchanged due to size you may do so within a reasonable time (request must be made in written form within 5 days of receipt of item). All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, non-damaged, and include all original parts of product. If you have any other merchandise besides, “WHAT IF?” you will have to ship it back to the third-party distributor (Shopify.com) and include any shipping information necessary. NO EXCHANGES may be requested for purchased item “WHAT IF? A Controversial Paradigm Shift”, NO EXCEPTIONS. NO EXCHANGES on items sold during a sale, promotion, discounted rate, a part of a bundled packaged, nor requested after 24 hours (5 days for apparel) of receipt of merchandise NO EXCEPTIONS. Any items being returned for an exchange must be shipped (at buyer’s expense) and include tracking confirmation Once exchanged item has been selected and approved buyers will have to pay the shipping fee of the exchanged item.
· Refund Policy: All merchandise is eligible for a 50% refund. However, a (written) request for a refund must be made within 24 hours (5 days for apparel) of receipt of merchandise NO EXCEPTIONS. Once return item is received they must be unworn, unwashed, non-damaged, and include all original parts of product. NO REFUNDS on items sold during a sale, promotion, discounted rate, a part of a bundled packaged, nor requested after 24 hours (5 days for apparel) of receipt of merchandise NO EXCEPTIONS. NO REFUNDS may be requested for purchased item “WHAT IF? A Controversial Paradigm Shift”, NO EXCEPTIONS. All refund payments will be returned on original credit/debit card used to purchase the item(s). Once funds are released it can take up to 10-14 working business days to appear on bank statement. It may take shorter or longer depending on customers’ banking policies. If paid through PayPal and requesting a refund, please be aware PayPal has their own refund policy and determines what time you may receive your refund once funds have been released. Original shipping fees will not be refunded NO EXCEPTIONS.
· Additional Disclaimer & Policy: Although, TH3RD EYE Ent., LLC sells merchandise we do not manufacture nor distribute most of our products. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any received products that are damaged or arrives past delivery date. We only distribute the book “WHAT IF? A Controversial Paradigm Shift”, and we inspect each unit to make sure it is in perfect condition before shipment. So, if item is received damaged or late this is solely due to “shipment and transit”, and we are not liable. Therefore, this is the only item that is non-refundable. However, if for any reason we are not able to exchange or refund an item will issue a store credit for your next purchase.
